Does Pulse provide tabs?

Yes, Pulse provides two types of tabs, top level sheets and nested tabs.

Sheets shown at the bottom of the screen can contain entirely separate applications. They are most useful for grouping related dashboards. You can add/remove and rename these tabs but they cannot be moved out of the bottom navigation pane. Only When that specific sheet is selected, the panels and queries within that sheet will run. When you save a dashboard, the currently visible sheet will be stored as the sheet variable and will be the tab shown when first opened.

Tabs within a sheet can be dragged and dropped anywhere within a sheet by dragging the little name tag. Queries for all tabs within a sheet are ran whether they are currently visible or not.
